Operators are your field technicians — anyone who goes on-site and works jobs. Back-office users include dispatchers, admin staff, accounts, and managers. Only operators are billed. There's no limit on back-office users.
Is there a minimum number of operators?
Wurk Box is designed for businesses with 5 or more technicians. If you have fewer, we're happy to chat about whether the platform is the right fit for your current stage.
